With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Herman has handled a variety of complex litigation matters up through and including trial. In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Hermann has litigated numerous cases through arbitration in AAA, JAMS, NAF, and/or FINRA formats. Mr. Hermann also has extensive experience in the Michigan Court of Appeals and Supreme Court with a current success rate of over 70% in the Court of Appeals and a 3 and 1 record in the Michigan Supreme Court.
